
The Flower Dome, at 1.2 hectares (3.0 acres), is the world’s largest greenhouse, according to the 2015 Guinness Book of World Records, replicating a mild, dry Mediterranean environment. It includes a changeable exhibit, a flower field, and eight other gardens; namely, The Baobabs, Succulent Garden, Australian Garden, South African Garden, South American Garden, Olive Grove, California Garden, and Mediterranean Garden. Exotic flowers and plants from the Mediterranean and semi-arid regions of five continents are on display in these eight gardens. An entry ticket is needed to access the Flower Dome.
