March 2016 – It was an unplanned visit to Charas Cave as we were on our way to Sungei Lembing. Situated about 25 km from Kuantan, Pahang, Gua (cave) Charas is a temple cave found in a limestone hill in Charas Hill. Charas Hill is a 400 million year old limestone massif reaching about 355 metres high.
Do take note that an entrance fee of MYR2 (RM2) per person apply. Parking fee for motorcar was RM3.
